Coaching for Doctors

In this episode Caroline interviews Tom Dillon from Your Coaching Journey about the many ways in which coaching can enrich our lives. Caroline shares her own experience of attending a coaching diploma course run by Tom in 2020, and how this led to Tom and his team developing the world's first doctor-specific coach training which has since trained over 300 people - helping to embed coaching principles at the heart of a range of healthcare settings across the UK.
